Your subscriber count picks your plan. Everything else is included.

One platform for RCS, SMS and MMS. A message counts the same whichever way it delivers, and a real back-and-forth conversation counts once a day instead of once a message.

Every plan includes the full product — the builder, campaigns, journeys, conversational AI, analytics and the API. Plans differ by how many people you can reach, not by what you can do.

A subscriber is someone who has opted in and has a valid mobile number.

Plans and rates on this page cover delivery to US mobile numbers. Sending outside the US is priced per country — talk to our team.

What counts

Two things count: messages and conversations.

Your plan includes an allowance of each. Here is what uses them, and what does not change them.

What is a message?

Anything you send. Plain text, or rich media like an image, video, carousel or rich card. It delivers as RCS, or falls back to SMS or MMS if the device cannot receive RCS.

Each one uses a single message from your plan whichever way it delivers — a 15 MB video counts exactly the same as a one-line text.

What is a conversation?

A conversation begins once enough messages have gone back and forth between you and the customer inside a 24-hour window. Below that threshold, they are simply messages.

The whole 24-hour window then uses a single conversation — including the messages that started it.

“What if some of my list cannot receive RCS?”

Then nothing changes. Send 100,000 media messages to a list that is fully RCS-capable or one that is not RCS-capable at all, and it draws exactly the same 100,000 messages from your plan — and costs the same if you go beyond it.

We detect what each device can receive and route every message down the best channel available to it, so you never build or maintain a second delivery path.

Beyond your plan

Nothing stops mid-campaign.

Everything above is included in what you already pay. These rates apply only to usage beyond your plan — there is no spend cap to configure and no hard stop to discover at the worst possible moment.

These rates are all in, and so is your plan. Carrier surcharges and pass-through fees are already inside every number on this page. They never appear as a separate line on your invoice, and they do not move month to month when carrier rates change.

This is the part worth checking when you compare quotes: a cheaper published rate elsewhere is usually a message rate with carrier fees added later, which is why those proposals and their invoices disagree.

The only carrier costs quoted separately are one-time sender registration and your fallback number — both below, at cost.

One-time setup

Getting your brand approved by the carriers

Charged once per sender, at cost. This is mobile carrier vetting and activation — it is not a Title margin line.

You need two things: a branded RCS agent, the verified identity your customers see instead of an unknown number, and a fallback number, the phone number your SMS and MMS come from when a device cannot receive RCS. There are two kinds of fallback number, and the difference matters.

RCS agent — launched$600covered on annual, Growth and upIncludedyour first branded agentYour verified brand, logo and name delivered to real customers.Weeks
Regular phone numberthe industry calls this 10DLC — a 10-digit long code$XXX$XXAn ordinary 10-digit number, the kind a person would text you from. Carries your SMS and MMS to anyone who cannot receive RCS. The right choice for almost everyone.Days
Short codethe 5-digit numbers you see on TV and packaging$X,XXXfrom $XXXA memorable 5-digit number, like the “text JOIN to 12345” in ads. Worth it only when you are advertising the number itself.6–8 weeks

Every RCS agent needs a fallback attached. Without one, messages to non-RCS devices do not deliver at all.

If you are not sure which to pick, pick the regular phone number. It takes days instead of weeks, costs a fraction as much, and reaches exactly the same people. A short code only earns its price when the number itself is the advertisement — printed on a billboard, read aloud in audio, put on packaging.

Platforms & infrastructure

Building on our RCS connectivity?

If you are a platform, ISV or carrier that wants to send RCS through our infrastructure rather than use our campaign tools, that is a different product at a different price. You get the plumbing — API, carrier connectivity, verified sender provisioning, delivery and fallback — and you build the experience on top. Priced on volume, quoted case by case.

Questions

The things people ask first

What counts as a subscriber?

Someone who has opted in and has a valid mobile number. Subscribers are the only thing that sets your plan — inside a tier you can send as much or as little as you like.

What if my customers do not have RCS?

They still get your message. We detect what each device can receive and hand the message to SMS or MMS automatically. It draws the same single message from your plan either way, so your bill does not move with RCS penetration.

What is the difference between a message and a conversation?

A message is a single send and uses one message from your plan. A conversation is what an exchange becomes once enough messages go back and forth inside 24 hours. From that point the whole 24-hour window uses one conversation instead of counting message by message — so a broadcast that gets a one-word reply stays a message, while a real support thread costs one conversation no matter how long it runs.

What happens if I go over what is included?

Nothing stops. Sending continues at the rates in the table above, and there is no spend cap to configure or hard stop to discover mid-campaign. If you pass your subscriber count we reach out to move you to the plan that fits.

Are there carrier fees or surcharges on top of these rates?

No. Carrier surcharges and pass-through fees are already inside every number on this page. They never appear as a separate invoice line and they do not move month to month when carrier rates change. The only carrier costs quoted separately are one-time sender registration and your fallback number, both listed at cost.

Can I send outside the US?

Yes, priced per country. The plans and rates on this page cover delivery to US mobile numbers — talk to our team for anywhere else.

How long until I can send to real customers?

You can build and brand an agent and send it to your own registered test devices in minutes. Reaching real customers needs carrier approval of your brand, which takes weeks, plus a fallback number, which takes days.

Do I really need a fallback number?

Yes. Without one, messages to devices that cannot receive RCS do not deliver at all. If you are unsure which kind to pick, pick the regular phone number — days instead of weeks, a fraction of the cost, and it reaches exactly the same people.

What is the annual discount?

Paying annually gives you two months free, and covers your agent setup fee from Tier Two up.
